Shipping policy

HOW WE SHIP

All Real Pie Company products ship frozen in insulated packaging designed to keep your order cold and fresh in transit. When your order arrives, remove your items from the box and place them in your freezer right away. When you're ready to enjoy them, simply follow the baking instructions included with your order.

FULFILLMENT SCHEDULE

Service will fulfill and ship orders Monday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays. Orders received by 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM on Thursday will ship the following Monday. 

ORDER & PACKAGING

• Savory Pot Pies (Chicken, Chili, Shepherd's): Mix and match any combination — 4 pies per shipping box.
• Hand Pies (Meatball, Broccoli-Cheddar): Mix and match any combination — 4 or 8 hand pies per shipping box.
• Jumbo Pack: Mix and match any of our savory pies and hand pies in a single box, packed to order with dry ice and shipped frozen. One flat handling fee covers the whole pack — fill it up and save on shipping.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Each order ships to one address only. Orders cannot be split across multiple addresses. If you'd like to send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Need your order left at a side door, gate code, or other specific spot? Use the delivery instructions field at checkout to let us know.

HANDLING FEE

Frozen products require special handling that significantly raises our costs. Our handling and packaging fee covers insulated materials, cold-chain packaging, dry ice and careful preparation — all to ensure your pies arrive fresh, safe, and ready to freeze. The handling fee appears as a separate line item at checkout. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We are a small business and not able to issue refunds or cancellations. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout (see below) to protect your order.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. Shipping insurance covers your order in the event that it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. While we take every precaution to package your pies safely, some shipping issues are beyond our control — we strongly recommend adding insurance for peace of mind.

DELIVERY

Your carrier will typically leave your delivery at the door and take a photo as confirmation. Once your order has been delivered, Real Pie Company is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipment.
